Career Coaching at any phase.

Censo Transition is a career coaching service with localised Australian employment and workplace expertise. Programs offer job change advice and practical support in your search for work. Censo’s New Work, Different Work, Work in Leadership and Work in Mature Age Programs provide individual career coaching and group workshops for those going through change in jobs or moving to future phases of work. Censo's group sessions focus on identifying different possibilities and pathways at work and having career conversations with decision-makers about potential options for your future.

Career Coaching Programs:

New work

Coaching for individuals, teams, management and executive leaders going through career transition due to redundancy, restructure or change as a result of vocational progression. You will develop the skills required for job search, including learning how to write a contemporary resume, refine your interview skills and techniques, create a compelling LinkedIn profile, improve your networking strategies, understand the recruitment process and better position yourself to secure that next role.

Different Work

Coaching for change to a different role and or industry. Discovery activities are used to identify your options and accelerate your job search by pinpointing and understanding your transferable skills. Strategies are used to apply for varied positions and clarify your professional value proposition to apply your skills differently. Programs are tailored to suit all levels, roles and industry sectors.

Work In Leadership

Coaching enables new, emerging and experienced leaders to identify their skills, strengths and gaps to best support professional development of their leadership style. Coaching conversations help leaders cultivate strategies that will drive and improve performance of individuals and teams. With Work in Leadership coaching, organisational leaders are better able to understand, develop and adapt their leadership style to contemporary workplaces and evolving business conditions.

Work in Mature Age

Coaching and discussion of options for continuing to work, but in your own way, towards retirement. Assessing possibilities for work, including reduced hours; taking on a different role, or repurposing skills and experience; starting new work or volunteering. Coaching conversations include how eventually giving up work altogether and transitioning into 100% leisure will impact you, including defining who you are when retiring from work and replacing those needs met through work in the next phases of your life.

Work-Ready Group Sessions

Provided to teams and designed for building skills to maintain agency in today’s workplace, and help make decisions on how to stay or progress within the organisation. With a shift in ownership from employers to employees in the conversation of ‘what’s next for me at work and in my career’, these sessions are intended for individuals looking to develop their ability to confidently drive such discussions. The sessions establish contemporary workforce capabilities to identify and communicate transferable skills, strengths, interests, priorities and evolving professional branding.

Onsite Support

Providing individual support during or after notification meetings due to redundancy and other workplace changes. Being called to a meeting and told of structural change and our role no longer being supported in the business is often difficult. On-site attendance provides post meeting support and a mental health and wellbeing check.
