Delivering content in video as well as written format accommodates all learning styles and promotes engagement. Program participants can view the videos at their own pace and on their own devices.
A short question-and-answer evaluation can be conducted to show a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of the tasks required in the role of a recruiter. This assessment is in the form of short-answer open-ended questions. The questions assess the basic knowledge and understanding of a topic before more in-depth assessment.
